Bay Flats Lodge is the ultimate location for off-site meetings and team building. The staff at the lodge provides the perfect backdrop for combining business and pleasure. We make the arrangements that fit the specific and varied needs of the group. Bay Flats Lodge welcomes you to our new home overlooking San Antonio Bay. We offer fine dining and excellent accommodations that will get you ready to fish or duck hunt with us. Dinner usually starts at 6:00 pm, so be sure to arrive in time to unpack, relax and have appetizers. Below you will find a list of amenities and samples of the food we serve. Each day we change the menus, but if you have a request or special diet,  please let us know in advance.

General Booking, Deposits and Cancellations

Due to limited booking dates and space at Bay Flats Lodge, at the time of reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit for the cost of the entire party will be collected. This cost is to be based upon the number of people booked at the time of reservation. Bay Flats Lodge can book only a limited number of parties on any one date. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you soon!

Rescheduling  

We are fully aware that circumstances may arise where rescheduling is necessary. If you are unable to fulfill your commitment and have to reschedule, a $75 rescheduling fee will be charged for each boat booked. This money will be paid directly to our guides. Bay Flats Lodge prides itself on operating with our own full-time guides.
