Bay Flats Lodge readily accommodates corporate hospitality requirements with a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, exceptional dining, scenic vistas, and optional waterfowl and angling opportunities. Team building, employee rewards, company branding, or entertaining clients is easy and cost effective with a custom Bay Flats Lodge entertainment package. 

General Booking, Deposits and Cancellations

Due to limited booking dates and space at Bay Flats Lodge, at the time of reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit for the cost of the entire party will be collected. This cost is to be based upon the number of people booked at the time of reservation. Bay Flats Lodge can book only a limited number of parties on any one date. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you soon!

Rescheduling  

We are fully aware that circumstances may arise where rescheduling is necessary. If you are unable to fulfill your commitment and have to reschedule, a $75 rescheduling fee will be charged for each boat booked. This money will be paid directly to our guides. Bay Flats Lodge prides itself on operating with our own full-time guides.

Fish Cleaning & Bagging at NO CHARGE. 50% nonrefundable deposit on advance reservations. (We will reschedule due to severe weather.) Corporate and Multi-boat trips are Welcome! Live bait "in season" is provided at an additional charge.

If you are driving to Bay Flats Lodge, plan to arrive at 5:00 P.M. for check-in. The staff will assist you to your room, give a tour of the facilities, and appetizers will be served out at the outdoor kitchen by our very own Grill Master Sherman Johnson. He will prepare dinner between 6:00 and 6:30 P.M. After dinner, you're welcome to relax in the rocking chairs on the deck, sit around the fire ring, play cards, washers, horse shoes, tell stories out at the outdoor kitchen or watch TV inside the great room.

Our staff will prepare a hot breakfast along with a continental breakfast between 5:00 and 6:30 A. M. After breakfast you will be met by two 6-passenger golf carts at the bottom stairs of the great room, and driven to our private docks at the end of our driveway where you will meet your guide for a daybreak departure. A box lunch will be served on the boat and will consist of a croissant sandwiches with plenty of meats and cheeses, Miss Vick's chips, chocolate chip and white macadamia nut cookies, with plenty of cold bottled water and soft drinks. The fishing day usually last 8 hours, after which you will be brought back to the lodge to shower and relax before your drive home, or stay over another evening at the lodge.

Giving Back-1% of total sales for guided fishing trips will be donated to Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation CCA/CPL Marine Development Center (Corpus Christi) to to enhance existing populations of red drum spotted sea trout and flounder in our bays.
